The maximum duration of the film should be 30 minutes
Short films in languages other than Malayalam must have subtitles in English
The entry should be sent in a DVD or Pen Drive in MP4 or AVI format
Registration fee is INR 2500
Last Date: 15 March 2019
First Prize: INR 100000
Second Prize: INR 50000
Third Prize: INR 25000
