Applications invited for the Vidya Samunnathi Scholarships by Under this scheme, the students of economically backward forward communities will get educational scholarships and competitive assistance for their studies.
Started in the financial year 2013-14, under this scheme scholarships will be given to students studying from high school level to post graduation. Special scholarships will be given to students studying professional courses like CA/ICWA/CS and those studying in IIT, IIM, NIT and similar National Institutes.

Kerala State Welfare Corporation for Forward Communities Limited is the nodal agency for implementing the scheme.

Guidelines for Applying

• Applicants should be from non-reservation forward community and a resident of Kerala.
• Annual income of the family should be less than 2 lakhs based on all sources.
• Only online applications are accepted. The candidates need to register once in the online data bank. Those who have already applied in the previous year may use their previous registration number. 
• Visit  www.kswcfc.org for registration
• Applicants must have a Bank account in any recognised bank.
• The scholarships will not be renewed automatically. Those who have received scholarship in the previous year should also register.
• The students receiving any other state/central scholarships are not eligible
