InoVIT is a science contest for school children launched by VIT University to create and encourage scientific innovations in the young minds at school level.

WORKING MODEL
Students between 9th and 12th std. can participate.
Each team can have maximum of THREE participants.
Original work only accepted.
An abstract, not more than 200 words should be submitted for entering in the preliminary round.
Topic :
Any Innovative Sdenttflc Model
Idea Presentation
1. Students between 9th and 12th std. can participate.
2. Each team can have a maximum of three students.
3. Preference will be given for ideas that are innovative/ original/ creative and cost-effective.
4. An abstract, not more than 200 words should be submitted for entering the preliminary round.
5. The team selected for final round need to make presentation for 10 minutes using PPT I chart.
Topics:
1) Biomedical 2) Environmental
3) Food 4) Agricultural
Focus Should be on:
Fundamental Concepts / State-of-the Art methods /Technologies & Cost-Effective Solutions
Poster Presentation
1. Students between 9th and 12th std. can participate.
2. Each team can have a maximum of THREE students.

S. The size of the poster should not exceed 1 m x 1 m.
6. Posters should be prepared beforehand and exhibited during the competition

Energy from biomass/ Solid waste management/Methods for conservation of water /Ozone layer
depletion / Nuclear Energy/ Alternative construction materials/ Green vehicles /Greenhouse effect and climate change/sustainable development/Conservation of energy
Quiz
Group-I
1. Students from 9th & 10th std can participate
2. Each team can have a maximum of THREE students
3. Questions will be from the syllabi of 9th & 10th Std
Group-II
1. Students from 11th & 12th std can participate
