Verbattle Foundation is pleased to invite you to participate in the biggest debate championship in the open category.

Verbattle Open 2018 Debate Competition
The Championship will have its selection round on 12th August, 2018 at Bengaluru.

Verbattle Open is a unique experiment in the history of organized debating.

While debate competitions are normally held in a certain category, in a certain geographical limitation, or for a certain age group and under certain conditions, Verbattle Open is a truly open debate, in the sense, it allows participation of anyone aged 18 years and above, belonging to any background and any nationality, to compete by teaming up with anyone, from any background and any nationality as long as the other person too is 18 years and above. The only limitation will be the language of the debate. The language of this Open Debate is English.

Verbattle Open is being organized by VerbattleFoundation, a premier global debate and leadership education organisation. Verbattle Open follows the unique and internationally acclaimed Verbattle Format of Debate. Each team consists of two participants and gets to debate for one minute in each of the 4 rounds. Skirmish Round

Date : 12 th August 2018
Venue : Gandhi Bhavan, Shivananda Circle, Bengaluru
Time – 9 am onwards
Age group – 18+
Language – English
Members per team – Two
Registration fee – Rs. 1000
Cerficate – Will be issued to every participant who successfully complete the highest level of their participation in the event.
Prize – Rs. 20,000 for the winning team and trophies Only trophies and mementoes for runners up.
