National University Film Making Competition by UGC

As per UGC guidelines to curb the menace of ragging in higher educational institutions in order to prohibit , prevent and eliminate it.These regulation mandate every college responsibilities to curb the menace of ragging, including strict pre-emptive measures. As a part of one such step UGC has organized one such competition which is NATIONAL UNIVERSITY FILM MAKING COMPETITION In order to spread awareness on ragging among students so, participate in huge numbers to make this event and an initiative by UGC a huge success.

ELIGIBILITY:-

Only University departments and affiliated colleges can participate.

PRIZES:-

1st Prize- Rs. 5 Lakhs
2nd Prize- Rs. 3 Lakhs
3rd Prize- Rs. 2 Lakhs
Selected films will be uploaded on UGC website.
Credits will be given to film maker.

GUIDELINES

The documentary/film must be of duration of about 5-10 minutes.
Last Date of Submission of entry- 30th November 2017.
The entries must be in a pen drive/DVD.
