About the Competition:

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) believes that the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 as a modern regime at its nascent stage will be a great resource for researchers and academics to understand in detail the change that is in the offing. In this spirit and to create awareness about the insolvency and bankruptcy regime amongst the students of higher education, the IBBI is promoting an essay competition through institutes of learning.

Under the said scheme the Centre for Corporate Law Studies is organising an essay competition for the students of ILNU.

Theme:

"Emerging Jurisprudence on Corporate Insolvency"

Prize:

Best essay will receive INR 10000/-

Second best essay will receive INR 5000

All other participants shall receive Certificate of Participation.

Who can Participate:

Students of Graduate and Postgraduate Programmes of Institute of Law, Nirma University

Submission Guidelines:

Minimum words-3000, maximum words-4000
Font Type: Times New Roman; Font Size: 12; Line Spacing: 1.5
Citation Method: OSCOLA, 4th Edition
Co-authorship is not allowed
Last date of submission: 20 March, 2018 (23:59 Hours)
