Asian Drawing Competition

Asian Institute of Medical Sciences organizes Drawing Competition every year at its premise. Participants are divided in 2 Age Categories and with different themes. Winners will be awarded with Cash Prizes.

Date: Sunday, November 25th, 2018

Time: 10am to 12noon

Venue: Asian Hospital Amphitheater

Reporting Time: 8:30am (Entry Closed After 9:30am)

Theme will be announced on November 22, 2018.

Terms & Conditions.
Prior Registration is must. Registration Fee: Rs 300/- is applicable per participant. There is limited registration available on First Come First Serve basis. The contest is open in 2 age categories: 9-12 years and 13-16 years.

Children will be provided with drawing sheets (Size A3) at the venue. Children should bring the following materials:

Children can use any color
Pencil, eraser, drawing board, ruler etcPrim. if needed.
Refreshments, Bags & certificates will be given to all the participants.
Any participant found using materials other than mentioned above will be disqualified. Entry will be restricted to pre-registered participants carrying a valid admit card. The hospital reserves the right to amend or modify these terms & conditions at its sole discretion with or without prior notice.

Theme of painting competition will be sent to registered email ID/Mobile Number and will be uploaded on www.aimsindia.com by November 22, 2018.

Entry gates will be closed by 9:30 am. Prize distribution will be at 1:30 pm at Auditorium.
