Theme of the Projects

This competition is to encourage engineering students to become involved in a profession that is crucial to ensuring a sustainable future for our technology. The participants can demonstrate their Project expertise in several areas. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to.

Regulations for Selection of Project
  •  The projects can be in any field or area, but must come under the purview of the above mentioned areas.
  •  A team can consist of maximum 4 members from the same college, but can be from different departments. A college can send any number of teams.
  •  Participants should mail their Abstract / proposal preferably in '.doc' format to inobeshon.pvpsit@gmail.com.
  •  All entries of abstract will be scrutinized by a committee and the final selected Entries/participants will be informed via email as per the given schedule of dates below.
  •  A brief idea of how the design could be presented (exhibited) during the exhibition Should also be included in the abstracts.
  •  Selected participants have to confirm their participation and send the details of the Project to the email ID inobeshon.pvpsit@gmail.com. The name of the document should be the 'Title of the Project'.
  •  Subject of the mail sent should follow the title of the project.
  •  The first page should contain the following
  •  Names of the participant and their respective College/University with contact numbers and e- mail ID.
  •  The last sheet may have a list of references - websites, books, journals and so on which amply support the ideas or solutions implemented.
Registration

Per Head - RS 500/-
(A Team Consists of Minimum 2 & Maximum 4 Members)
Registration charges include Certificate of Participation, Working Lunch and High Tea.
Note: Candidates those who want accommodation may be provided with a nominal fee.

Prizes
Cash awards for three best projects.
Certificates for all the participants

 Submit Abstracts : 30th November 2017
 Notification of Acceptance : 10th December 2017
 Online Registration : 15th December 2017
 Project Expo & Competition : 27th & 28th Jan 2018
