Entries are invited for The International Children's Painting Competition 2018 in memory of Clint for children between the ages of 4-16 years.

The Contest
The International Children's Painting Competition 2018 in memory of Clint offers amazing gifts including five-night family trips to 15 winners from around the world. Any child from any part of the world between the age of 4-16 (born on/after 01.09.2002 and on/before 01.09.2014) can submit their entries online.


Edmund Thomas Clint was born in Kochi, Kerala. His life was cut short to just 2522 days due to his prolonged illness from kidney malfunction since the age of two. However, illness couldn't stop the creativity of this child prodigy who made 25,000 pictures within that brief span of time!

Eligibility
Children between 4-16 years (born on/after 01.09.2002 and on/before 01.09.2014) from any part of the world can join this competition.

No registration fee

Theme
The theme of the painting competition is 'Kerala'. The participant can paint any aspect of Kerala.

How to Participate
The painting should be on paper made with brush and paint manually. The participant can use any color material of their choice (water color, crayons, etc.)
Parent or guardian should submit the registration form on behalf of their children.
Once the painting is completed, the guardian or parent Login to the page for competition in Kerala Tourism website and submit a scanned image of your painting. The file size of the painting should not be more than 5 MB.
The entrant can register only once but she/he can submit more than one entry, if she/he desires so, subject to maximum of five. However, all the entries of one entrant should be submitted under one login id.

If the legal guardian or parent wants to register for more than one entrant, it should be registered with different email ids. In other words, only one entrant can be registered with one email id

 Gramin Bank is organizing an all Kerala collage competition for school children namely KYC (all Kerala Youth Collage competition on banking).

Global Money Week celebrations (http://www.globalmoneyweek.org) was instituted by Child & Youth Finance International, Amsterdam ( https://childfinanceinternational.org) in order to create an awareness about the need for financially including the youth. KGB has participated in GMW celebration for the first time, in 2017. This year also, Gramin Bank is associating with GMW Celebrations which is during 12 – 18 March, 2018.
The theme for the current year celebrations is “Money Matters Matter”.

The competition is to create awareness about banking and savings among school children.

It will be conducted in two categories – 
Junior (Std V to VII) and Senior (Std VIII to X).
The theme for Junior Category is “Savings for Future” and that of Senior Category is “Digital Banking – Banking Made Easy”.

Prizes for the winners:
I Prize: Rs. 10000/- ; II Prize: Rs. 5000/- ; III Prize: Rs. 3000/-
Two consolation prizes of Rs. 1000 each

It is an excellent opportunity for schools to showcase the talent of their children.

Rules

• The students can participate as a two member team
• Any number of teams could be participated from a school 
• Children of employees of Kerala Gramin Bank are not eligible to participate 
• Material: Paper   Maximum size: 100 cm x 100 cm Participating students need to procure the articles on their own. Bank will not provide reimbursement of any kind
• Once submitted, the artworks will become Bank’s property 
• Students  need  to  forward  the  entries  through  the  Head  of  the  Institution  in  the prescribed format
• Entries shall reach the following address on or before 23.02.2018
